Long Deep Breathing

A gentle, even breath that helps you feel the body, slow the pace and return attention to the present moment.

Breath of Fire

Rhythmic breathing through the nose with an active abdominal movement. A dynamic practice learned gradually and without force.

Alternate Nostril Breathing

Calm breathing through one nostril and then the other, supporting balance in attention and the rhythm of the breath.

Sitali Pranayama

A cooling breath with an inhale through a rolled tongue followed by a calm exhale through the nose.

One Minute Breath

A slow, divided breath with equal phases for inhaling, holding and exhaling. Begin with a shorter rhythm that feels comfortable.
